Alleged abuses by the Sakyong continued until 2018 when "Buddhist Project Sunshine" was released.

The Kusung letter implies through the use of innuendo, that the Sakyong's behavior has been a problem until "Buddhist Project Sunshine" (BPS) Report #2 was released in 2018 when he was "caught."   It further implies that the incident in Chile happened in 2015 during the programs "Sacred World and Rigden Abhisheka", when in fact, that incident was in 2002.

The most recent event which has been acknowledged by witnesses was the 2011 birthday party incident with Julia Howell.

Other alleged incidents during the period from 2002-2011, including the accusations by "Ann" in the BPS reports were investigated and found to be baseless, and dis-proven.
