What we have been led to believe:

"Ann" accuses the Sakyong of having sex with minors at Shambhala Mountain Center

Another perspective:

Both the Larimer County Sheriff’s office and Investigator Selina Bath from Wickwire Holm found no evidence that anything inappropriate happened with minors at Shambhala Mountain Center (SMC) as purported by “Ann” in Project Sunshine #3.   (BPS#3)

Ann’s allegations were investigated by Wickwire Holm investigator, Selina Bath.  Ms Bath interviewed several witnesses whom Ann reported to be present at several of the events she cited.  Those witnesses not only contradicted her statements, but in many cases, provided evidence to the contrary.  Ms. Bath rejected nearly the entirety of Ann's allegations.

With regard to sexual engagements with teenagers Ms. Bath states:  "I did not find any evidence to support any aspect of this allegation."

The allegations brought to Larimer County Sheriff's Office were investigated and dismissed.  The investigation is now closed.

Multiple staff members from that time have come forward to categorically deny that this could have even been possible, including the Head of Household.

Ms. Winn, author of BPS, who says she wrote "Ann's" testimony wrote  "I state again that these are allegations.  I have not been able to corroborate everything in the stories that follow... Ann's story (even though written by me) contains details that have not yet been corroborated."

The Sakyong categorically denies Ann's testimony to Wickwire Holm Investigator Selina Bath.
